Authorization for WBS Element

Dear Experts,

We have multiple projects in sap and we require authorization for project code wise or wbs wise.

If we have one user A and we require authorization for user A is authorized only for one project and their wbs .

not for other projects .In any transaction like PO,PR and MIGO etc.

So please help me.
