The following settings are ignored by the login module 'ticket' 'EvaluateTicketLoginModule':

When I access http://myserver.mycompany.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prteventname/HtmlbEvent/prtroot/com.sap.ip.bi.supportdesk.default it gives me the error:

The entries did exist, so I deleted them (via the SAP Visual Administrator) and then restarted the SAP Portal. The OSS note (http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/721815) that is suggested does not give any recommendations for this error message.


Please can you advise how I can resolve this?
