SAP support team unable to connect to our environnement due to "error with rejected connexion"

Hi experts,

I currently have a SAP message going on that requires a member of the support team to connect to our environment. However, after trying to log in, she told me she errored out with rejected connection.

We work on SAP ECC 6.0.

What steps should I follow to ensure she will be able to connect to our system?

I searched the archive for an answer but couldn't find anything matching this issue.

    Hi Axel,

    I am not sure it is easily possible to answer this from here. I assume the support engineer will involve the network experts (there is a separate team for this, a separate support component, the engineer shall know) if this is really about a more complex infrastructure issue (and not about wrong or expired credentials, or similar minor problems).

    There are also service connection related SAP Notes available but here I again assume the engineer will assist you by sending the one fits to your scenario.

    I would recommend to continue with the discussion in the support ticket. Not sure it is good to go into details of your service connection here in this public forum. This might be the reason you did not find hints in the archive either.
