Status of the Job "UNKNOWN"

Hi,

We have scheduled a job for 2 mins and the Status of the same is seen as "UNKNOWN" instead of "COMPLETED". This issue is being faced after we tried changing the user and password used in the EAR. What should be done to solve this issue?
