UFT license issue

HI FRIENDS,

I am trying to install UFT 11.53 version.....I have seat license with me and while installing UFT run time license wizard was not responding and directly invoking for concurrent license....please any one suggest what to do or what add on to be installed more....

I have installed all the add-ins required for UFT installation.....please suggest as soon as possible.....
