PO is create in SOCO, but cannot found in ECC

Dear expert,

I met a difficult issue.

I am in SRM 703, classic scenario.

I created sc, then in soco, in the step 4, it shows PO is in the process of transfers to back-end system, but I cannot find it in ecc me23n and ekko.

Actually , I already created the same PO with the same data(company, pur org, plant, vendor, ......), it is successful.

Please help me analysis or give the method of dealing with it.

Thank you.

Regards,

Hayashi.

Hello Hayashi,

   As mentioned by you

Actually , I already created the same PO with the same data(company, pur org, plant, vendor, ......), it is successful.

then I am not sure how can you create the PO again with same SC.Or else I am not getting cleared with your statement " You already created the same PO with same data and it is successful". Once you created the PO for that SC then Source_rel_ind would change from X and then you wont be able to find the SC in SOCO unless and until you have used the full quantity. So please check it again. And if you still want to create the PO , then try to create a new PR in ECC and transfer it to SRM and then create one PO  and then see if you are still facing the issue.

Try to force resend the PO using FM BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC.

Laurent,

I think BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER is for SC transfer to SOCO.

Hello,

try to re-send the Shopping Cart using BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER function module.
