Hi SAP experts,

Do you have any idea how to transfer incidents from one SolMan to another? Can this be done via LSMW? What are the pre-requisites? Thank you.

regards,

Grace

Thank you for the file. Since it is not supported, do you have other suggestions on how we should do it? Thanks!

Hi,

For online solution you can in SolMan 7.1 use the External Integration function with RFC.

Check the customizing.

Hi Carlos,

We recreated the incidents manually in the new system.

Hi,

In such case , As Michal said, you can go for external integration like connection solution manager incident management to other system incident management

check connect service desk to service desk,  I am not sure, this helps to move the already created tickets to new system. But you can check.

Thanks

Jansi

In some specific situation, you can sync both solman, but you need an small program to help you.
