Hi SAP experts,
Do you have any idea how to transfer incidents from one SolMan to another? Can this be done via LSMW? What are the pre-requisites? Thank you.
regards,
Grace
Hi
This is well known and not supported by SAP Standard
Please refer https://websmp208.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700000307372012E/SolMan_ContentTransferv18.pdf

Hi,
In such case , As Michal said, you can go for external integration like connection solution manager incident management to other system incident management
check connect service desk to service desk, I am not sure, this helps to move the already created tickets to new system. But you can check.
Thanks
Jansi

In some specific situation, you can sync both solman, but you need an small program to help you.
