SOLAR_GEN background job in template management

Hi all,

I have created a global template and have assigned scenarios to it.

After changing the template's visibility to public, I have selected the scenario from the template in the implementation project.

When saving the project, it says a background job'solar_gen_project' started but this job runs for a longer time and the scenarios are not copied in SOLAR01 from the template project.

Could you please guide.

Hi Prasad,

Unfortunately, from the info given, we cant troubleshoot much. Any logs in SM21 or dumps ST22 for the delay of this job?  or job log updated for this job?

or please cancel the job, delete the lock and save it again.

or check the sap notes 1813311 - SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN: Displaying or changing a project takes too long does it work?
