Steps to be followed for SAP ESS/MSS implementation

Hi All,

Portal 7.4 is installed on SAP EHP 6.0.

I have to create the roles & complete the configurations in SAP in Self Service section.

Can anybody please guide me on thi.

1/ what are th initial steps to be followed for ESS/MSS.

What all checks to be done like business packs etc.

2/ How the role creation has to be managed to start with the basic level of access.
