Invalid Confidential Channel

Invalid Confidential challen when logging into CMC /BI Launchpad. It is sporadic. We opened a ticket months ago.. followed SAP note 1869921 Applied -FIPS on all application servers in March and now this has surfaced again.Opened another ticket with SAP & got the response of it is corrected in 4.1 SP3 with a couple of "this may help".. which is fine but does anyone know a sure way on how to get around for now?

1869921 - Error: "Invalidconfidentialchannel. (FWB 00032)" while trying to login to BILaunchPad in BI 4.0.

    To clarify.. -FIPS was appliced to the SIA cmd line properties.

    Hi,

    first of all the facts:

    I didnt saw this ADAPT as resolved in the Fixed issues of SP3 nor Patch 1 for SP3 - thefeore i wont believe that this has been fixed.

    If the Support told you to apply SP3 anyway you should follow the instructions. If this Incident results in an Escalation and therefore Bugfixing with the Development you should have followed all the instructions by the Support.

    Maybe you should also ask the Engineer whats the status of the ADAPT?! Whats the ETA of the fix?!
