Hi,

As I am doing MIRO-Credit Memo in production system fetching an error "Tax does not equal 0 when tax percentage rate is zero". Tax rate are maintained  in FTXP as 100%. The same scenario is posted successfully in quality but not in production.

Need urgent help on this.

Everything looks good in production but still facing the error.

I am maintaining tax rate at tax classification level and here I am not getting any validity period for tax code. Where I can found validity period?

Hi,

The same scenario is posted successfully in quality system but not in production system , better check validity period of that tax code in  production system where tax rate not valid with tax code for tax condition type with present credit memo date(MIRO) which cause your concern!

Check if SAP Note 911364 - FTXP: Percentage rates are not saved is relevant.

I think here no need do maintain OBCL setting because it is not maintained in quality then also I am able to post the document.
