How to get a POP-UP

hi,

i have installed the CRM Business Package 60.2.3 installed.i have Hyperlinks activated in the EP system. when i click on the link i am able to go to the specified page.

But i want a pop up to come over there when a user clicks on the hyperlink. it should give options: 1.open in the same window. 2. open in new window. 3. cancel(radio buttons).

cna you please guide me how can i acheive this functionality.
