issue in contract

while creating the PO wrt contract already deleted contract  items are coming .

Please advise me on this issue .

What is your issue ?

Do you want that system should not allow to create PO with deleted line item of contract ?

It can be controlled by the message ME 620 - Contract item XXXXXXX XXXX has been deleted (release order not possible)

Make the message ME 620 as error from IMG settings. Then try to create PO with delete contract line item.

thanks for the reply .. and need a setting which should not display the deleted items in the contract.

No. there are no setting to hide the delete item in contract. You can see just a deletion indicator for the line item and its applicable for all types of purchasing document. There are two option available for deletion.

1. Deletion flag

2. Archive.

If you set deletion flag, then you can able to see the line item with deletion flag indicator.

If you archive the purchase document, then it will be erased from your database.
