Quants are blocked during TO creation

Hi all,

I'm getting error message "Alliance relevant quants are blocked " while trying to create TO using LT03 though I have sufficient available un restricted quantity of that particular material.

Can anyone please help me out?

Is this issue solved or are you still looking from where the message is coming?

Could be sales status or material status from your material master, or customized you had not posted the message number yet, can usually be found behind the question mark next to the message.

Can you please double click the message and post the message number, I don't see this message in my T100 table, I actually do not have a single message among the 670218 English messages in that table which has the word "Alliance"

Based on this I assume this is a message from a home made development or a customized reason for a blocking (e.g. via transaction LS07) from table T330T.
