Crawler error after creating and running index on File - SQL Server

Hi All,

I get a craweler error after I create an Index for a file repository.

The error is "Failed to create crawler task TestIndex_demo - com.sapportals.wcm.service.xcrawler.XCrawlerException: The SQL statement "SELECT "XCRW_TASK_INDEX" FROM "KMC_XCRW_TASKS" WHERE "XCRW_TASK_ID" = ?" contains the semantics error[s]: type check error: the expres ".

There have been various discussions going on for the solution to this error, the solution is to upgrade the MaxDB database.

But we are running Portal on SQL server.

If anyone has a solution to this or any hint to resolve this, it would be of great help.

Just a wild guess: this is SR1 aka SP9 of KMC without any patches. If that's the case then please install SP9 patch3.
