No, you will still have to use the tools meant specifically for that (e.g. Personas). NWBC is simply rendering content from different systems using different engines (SAP GUI for classic dynpros, IE for Web Dynpros, etc).

I posted this question because we are studying "modify screen layout without programming" and one direction is "NWBC is possibel to customize screen by scripting". I still unable to find any scripting on NWBC to modify application screen.
