Deletion indicator set on Purchase requisition automatically at PO create

Hi Experts,

I am looking at an issue where the system sets the deletion indicator automatically once requisition is released and PO created against it

I tested by creating a requisition, releasing it through ME54N and then creating a purchase order by copying it......once PO is created the requisition has a deletion indicator

I have tested requisitions with account assignment category as Cost center & work order and in both cases I see this issue

Can you throw some light what might be causing this?

Thanks

Dear Mujju,

There is no other reason except BADI, kindly ask you Abaper for this.

hi,

are you using PM module an this PR created for PM module, if this is the true then it may be possible that system make automatically deletion indicator to PR once PO created against .

Mukesh Kumar can you explain how this is done from PM module? Is there a job that monitors for which PR a PO was created and sets then the deletion indicator?

Yes the TECO does this, but it does not sound logical to me that a TECO is set before even the ordered goods have been received, as mentioned in the question: directly after the PO is saved.

This is not a standard behavior.

Can you check is there any development implemented in your system. Ask your abaper to check the program.
