Hi,
We have configured a number of questionnaire's against our activity in the CRM system. These questionnaires do contain a good number of questions.
The system can take up to 4 minutes to display the questionnaire inside the interaction center.
Does anybody have any experience of this, and any solutions on how the performance can be improved.

We faced a similar problem with questionnaires. We were informed by SAP to install an external CAT server.
We did that and are facing some problems at the moment related to rendering of the Questionaire.
SAP is still looking into the issue.

I have also been instructed to install the external CAT server, which the basis team are hoping to do in the next day or so. Apart from your rendering problem, is the performance improvement a good one, or is it still a slow process.
