Questionnaire Performance

Hi,

We have configured a number of questionnaire's against our activity in the CRM system. These questionnaires do contain a good number of questions.

The system can take up to 4 minutes to display the questionnaire inside the interaction center.

Does anybody have any experience of this, and any solutions on how the performance can be improved.
