Portal Authentication after looking at documents

Hi all,

I have a problem with the portal authentication.

Our customer looks for example at a word document in the portal, then close the window of the document and then he has to log on again.

How can we solve this problem ???

That at least sounds a bit similary like the problem described in /people/john.mittendorf/blog/2005/07/29/disabling-secondary-popup-when-accessing-office-2003-documents-through-km - check it out if that might be related.
