Worklist: AR01 does not take no value assets into account

Dear Gurus,

I want to create a worklist in order to use it in a substitution rule I've defined.

To do so, AR01 is a way to do it, as most of the standard AA reports in which is possible to create a worklist.

Problem with AR01 is: The only asset shown in this report are the one to which aquisition postings took place. If the asset has no posted value then It is not present in AR01, and I would have to use report "S_ALR_87012056 - Directory of Unposted Assets".

My question then is: Is there a standard t.code or way to consider in a single t.code both posted and unposted assets in order to create the Worklist?

I create it from AR32, by entering the asset numbers I need

Execute it from Ar31 or Ar30

If I try to use unposted assets in AR32 it informs that the report contains no data.

I seems that it behaves as AR01, considering only posted assets.

Could you select unposted assets (newly created asset, containing only the asset Master data with no asset postings)?

Hi Bro

You are right.. It chooses only the posted assets.. May be you will have to use the S_ALR report to create another work list of unposted assets

What I did to conclude this:

1. Created a new Cost Center 123

2. Assigned 123 to a posted asset

3. Executed AR32 - It shows one asset

4. Created a fresh asset with 123

5. Executed AR32, it still shows one asset

6. After that, i used S_ALR report which shows the 2nd asset

So, that brings me to conclusion that both will have to be separate

Lets see if we can get further suggestions from experts  

Meanwhile, I will try further and keep you posted incase I find out

Incase worklist has this limitation and you dont want to do it twice, then LSMW is the only option

I found a workaround

1. Create Worklist from Ar32 - It will include only the posted assets

2. in AR31, you can edit your worklist and add all the unposted assets
