PI 731 ESR always minimized

hi

i am facing strange issue in PI 731 java stack.

wen i open PI ESR using my id in any laptop ,ESR opens and always in minimized mode. i checked ,there is no lock in my id.

i cleared java cache,reset the password of my id-still PI ESR is always minimized.

i tried to double click and open ESR,but not worked

how to resolve it.

Apart from PI ESR ,PI ID is opening well,NWA,RWB all working fine with my id.

I had a same issue with my user id while opening IB in specific system. IB was opening always in minimized mode. Issue was resolved by clicking (Windows + Left Arrow).

Try to open ESR, after it loaded in minimized mode, click (windows button + left arrow).

Do you mean ESR is opening in minimized mode and you can access open it and do the work manually?

just maximize the window and click and hold ALT and the red X .. open again and your window should open maximized .

this worked
