VF01 Userexit or BADi at the time of Save

HI all,

I am searching for an userxit or Badi at the time of Save in VF01.

Actually the requirement is as below:

When user is trying to create a bill with net value is zero though quantity is not initial.

The system should prevent the user to save the document.

So I need an enhancement which include net value and quantity both.
