Hi all,
We are trying to increase the timeout in Solution Manager 7.1 Web UI session.
We set the following system parameters to 14400 (4hrs) and restarted the system but the Web UI session still timed out after 20mins.
rdisp/keepalive
rdisp/plugin_auto_logout
icm/keep_alive_timeout
icm/server_port_0
Is there any other system parameter that we need to set?

Hi Teresita,
Please increase the value for parameters -
icm/conn_timeout
icm/keep_alive_timeout
and
value for PROCTIME for parameter icm/server_port_0

Please check below comments:
1. Go to 'SPRO' transaction.
SAP Reference IMG -> Customer Relationship Management -> UI Framework -> Technical Role Definition -> Define Technical Profile -> select the Technical Profile (In my case i use DEFAULT in this example using Business Role ZSALESPRO) and click on the magnifying glass
2.
you can see that the 'Memory Threshold for Restart in MB. Remember empty means no restart. In my case it set as 512MB.
3. If its less then please check by increasing it as u required.
