Mileage type is not appearing in portal !

Hi All,

I am handling Travel Management (UK), I have an issue in portal that mileage type 'Business Miles' is not appearing in drop down as shown in below,

I ensured configuration and it is displaying in R/3 but not in portal, Could anyone suggest how to resolve this.

Best Regards,

Devendra Reddy D.

    Hi,

what System/SPs are you on and are you using WDJ or WDA?

Assuming the use case shown in your screenshot does get the list WITH the missing entry as you say, have you maybe done enhancements to the WD component that manipulate the internal table of the node? Or maybe you've implemented TRIP_WEB_CUSTOMIZING and manipulated the itab there?

    Cheers, Lukas

@ Mathieu - This is standard field Vehicle type which has been renamed in portal to Mileage type

@Devendra - If it is showing in the PR05 transaction for the employee then it is definitely restricted in the implementation of BAdI Trip_Web_Customizing as Lukas mentioned which i believe is based on the values in the 'mileage reimbursement group' - I am assuming that the mileage reimbursement group field is the standard Trip-Type Enterprise Specific field.

      Hope this helps.
