Part 1 is Posted , Not Part 2

Hello experts,

I have an issue , GRN is done and also Excise is posted but Part 1 is posted and Part 2 is not Posted.

While checking following observation are coming.

1. 1st I'm using Tcode J1IEX here i gave the vendor Excise No. 12902, such output I'm getting

2. I have checked the GRN, in GRN  goto the Excise Invoice Tab with  vendor excise no. 12902 Excise Date 28.03.2014 then i click in more Excise Data here i found the  internal No./Yr. 1000115924/2013 with status In Process.

3. I have also checked the following Table . the details are like

J_1IEXCHDR:   Two entries are coming for same 1000115924 for same Excise Year 2013 same GRN No. by same user at same time but two year are generated the internal document number means 2013 and also 2014.

Also found in the doc. generated with year 2013 with status In Process and the doc. No. generated with year 2014 with Status Posted.

Please suggest how to correct the same .

HI,

Check the J_1IEXCDTL  and check status fields is it showing Posted or in process. If still is showing  "in process" go to J1IEX and post the excise invoice with ref to 'Vendor excise inv No" or Internal no.

Note:  Any how system showing Internal doc no check J_1IPART2 table is their entry available for this Int doc no.

Hello Mahesh,

Sorry actually Part 2 is also posted but Cenvat details are not coming means,

I have checked  vendor invoice 12902 for both line means for In Process and for Posted,

following observation has been found.

1. for , In Process i have found

2.for Posted it is showing Part 2 details
