XML not getting triggered in TM

I have done SO control key config with 0001 which says SO and OBD toTM, TRS0 config and when created SO the TRS0 got successful. But the Message ID is not visible in TM system instead is there in ECC and also the Inbound queue is stuck withO info instead of Outbound queue in ECC and SMQ2 in TM is blank.

could you please check SXMB_MONITOR? let us know the status.

You dont talk much about your implementation so i will ask this

a) Have you done all the customizing in Basic Settings for Setting Up the System Landscape?

b) Have you asked to your PI to activate the interface messages?
