Incomplete Address; enter country" Message no. AM216

Dear Friends,

We are facing an issue when replicating Customer from ECC to CRM. Bdoc is showing showing an issue as "Incomplete Address; enter country" Message no. AM216. Whereas I checked Country in ECC for a particular Customer Master Record. It is maintained. when I process it manually using Tcode CRMM_BUPA_MAP it is successfully creating in CRM. But during initial replication we have an issue as I mentioned. After checking couple of forum discussions I am left out with no clue.

Can anybody help me out in this regard.

with regards,

S Dayananda Murthy

    Hi ,

    Refer to the following information:

    www.service.sap.com/utilities

    > Product Information
    > SAP CRM for Utilities
    > Cookbooks and Guidelines
    > ISU-specific Set-up and Load Guide for Business Partner

In addition, please ensure the settings are correct for your particular set up to ensure smooth replication of Business Partners. One of the main points being for transaction CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU in that you ensure the entries are exactly as outlined in the note 757955. Only standard
modules outlined in this note should be active.

    Hi Dayananda,

Perhaps if your technical team can debug the queue, they will be able to find out the reason. Just do a where-used search on AM 216 to get where all this message is used. After this debugging will surely help you understand at what place is the error message coming from and thereby its cause.
