Mail delivery Doesn't work

HI SCN User

Following problem. If i want to send an email i get following message:

No delivery, as sender address xx@xx.com is invalid

Message no. XS813

Diagnosis

The message was processed correctly in the SAP system. However, the sender address xx@xx.com was classified as invalid in a subsequent system. For this reason, the message was not delivered to the recipient .

Information from external system (if available)

193.222.84.70:25

550 5.7.1 <xx@xx.com>... localdomain specified from non-local IP

Procedure

Check the sender address.

Sender adress in user is set right. Don't know what to do. SMTP Infos seem to be correctly.

Hello Lino,

Have you maintained the receipient domain address in SCOT->SMTP->address areas. Please provide dev_icm logs for the exact time you send the mail.

dev_icm just writes every 10 minutes some rows.

Hi Lino,

This could be an issue with firewall. Please share your logs with network team, enquire with them if connection request from your hostname is blocked or not
