Hi Ishant,
As per your screen-shot all you need to do is, click on the + sign under column action for any one of the results with status in Verification Results area.
This will take you to a pop-up, under which you can select/deselect a checkbox to assign/unassign each of such entries.
Save your settings & perform verification check again till you have a green entry.
In case you have an error with the initial component you chose while assigning the Product system to the Technical system, then the above approach will no help.
You would then need to remove the assignment & re-set it up using a different component vesion which is capable of receiving a green flag by the verification check.
For ex. if you chose SAP ECC 6.0 while assigning a Product system to a Technical system & verification check gives you a red status and needs you to remove this component. Now as this component is in use by the above created assignment, you can not remove it using the deselect option for unassignment. Trying this throws an error message. Thus, you need to re-create the assignment using SAP ERP 6.0 instead & then perform a verification check.

P.S. Don't forget to save once you have a green rating for the verification check. Else you'll be back to square one.
