Same form but printout different font in printer HP2200 and HP4100

I have one SAPscript form ,print in pinter HP2200 and HP4100, but printout is distinct font.

Could you help me?

Hi!

Sounds like the printers are installed differently (transaction SPAD). E.g. a font is not assigned, so that a replacement is used for printing.

Ask your basis for correct (or identical) settings.

I Think Printer Font Configuration Problem.

If you change the Configuration you can get the same font.

I have checked the printer configuration in SAP and the printer,the two printer configuration is same. And I did't found any problem.

Hi,

maybe I should have asked earlier, but are you printing via local (via SAPlpd) or network printer?

In case of local access, also SAPlpd option settings and windows printer installation is relevant.
