Distributing the CTS Plug-in to managed systems for ChaRM Downgrade Protection

Hi All,

I have gone through below blog, which is very good and elaborated.

But I don't see the option to distribute the plugin. my solman is on 7.1 SP10 and below is the CTS plugin version.

I have checked the authorizations and have full auth for S_TRANSPRT and S_CTS_ADMI

Am I missing anything?
