Hello,

I have a problem trying to activate a company in the analytics console in SBO for Hana.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the analytics module without errors but at the end with the same result.

The message that is generated during the initialization process is:

13.05.2014 11:07:23 | WARNING | MODEL_DEPLOYMENT | View sap.sbodemoes.fin.KPIBalanceSheetQuery Cascade Deploy Failed. |

13.05.2014 11:07:09 | WARNING | MODEL_DEPLOYMENT | View sap.sbodemoes.fin.ProfitPeriod Cascade Deploy Failed. |

13.05.2014 11:06:53 | WARNING | MODEL_DEPLOYMENT | View sap.sbodemoes.fin.BalanceSheetItem Cascade Deploy Failed. |

Any idea? Thanks in advance and best regards.

Hi San Xu,

We have B1H 9.0 PL 10 and SAP Hana Platform Edition 1.0 Revision 60.

Best regards.

Hi Carlos,

First thing is your B1H version is surely not compatible with the SAP HANA version: PL10 should be on SAP HANA Revision 69.

Before you upgrade your B1H version, always make sure you've upgraded your SAP HANA version (if required), following the instructions in the overview Note (PL10: https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1975407.

In the Admin Guide that comes with your B1H upgrade package (\Documentation\SystemSetup\), you can find more detailed instructions in chapter 6 "Upgrading...."

So, please first upgrade your HANA version, and then  try company initialization. If you still encounter the error, come back to the forum and hope we can find some solution.

Best,

San
