Size of window didn't stay (Citrix Problem?)

Hey together,

some users has problems with the size of the windows. They didn't stay on the size they get before closing the window.

If they resize a window and close it, at the next opening it is turned back to standard size.

Is it possible that this is a Citrix problem? Or is it a B1 problem?

B1 9.0 PL 07 32 Bit
