Issue with qty confirmation in sales order

Dear All,

Earlier when i used to create the sales order and even if i confirm 1 qty also, i was able to deliver the entire qty mentioned in the sales order. But now. I am unable to do it.

System is asking me to confirm the entire qty mentioned in the sales order. Unless i do it system is not allowing me to do the delivery.

Pls help
