SUM Upgrade Error: NW 7.20 to 7.4

Hi All,

I am in the process if upgrading my Netweaver 7.20 dual stack to 7.4 including GRC 10.0 to 10.1. During the SUM process, I get the following error at step 5.3 - Configuration:

I have regenerated the stack.xml multiple times now.

I have attached the logs as well.

Please help!!
