CBIH72 error

Hello experts!

I got the following error Annex, where a flap of CBIH72 does not display and emits an error when you click on it. Have looked at the classes and characteristics not locate the error ..... Can to help?

You have to go to "SAP Customizing guia de implementação - Environment, Health & Safety - Segurança do trabalho - Configurações globais - Atribuir classes a tipos de avaliações" and when you double click in evaluation type, insert in the field "Classe (aval.)" (CCIHV_IH11-CLVANAM) the same name of "Tipo avaliação" (CCIHV_IH11-ESTCAT).

Have checked all the information entered, and apparently everything is exactly the same in all environments: development, quality and production. But I noticed that the system has several repeated classes ...... I performed a test and precludes these repeat classes, and created again, and the system is doubled this class alone .... I think the problem is there can.

Hi Raphael. Have checked this setup point and are equal in development, quality and production. The error happens only flap into production .... Have you seen something similar? Thank you, Alessandra

Have you checked if the classes/characteristcs assgined to this VAT are present in the system ?

Sometimes the transport from other clients fail, leading to this issue.

Yes, the classes/characteristics are present in the system, see the screens below:

But this problem is still happening only in productive system.

Hello Allessandra,

You may check in IMG Assign Value Assignment Types to Classes the class assigned to the value assigment in error.

Then check in transaction CL02 if the classes with class type 100 exist on the system. This class is probably not created, leading to this error.

Dear Alessandra,

This tab page uses the classification system which needs a class anch characteristics correctly maintained.

You may edit this configuration in customizing.

-> Environment, Health & Safety
   -> Industrial Hygiene and Safety
      -> Basic Settings
         -> Assign Value Assignment Types to Classes
  
There the tab pages are configured. Navigate into the details of the 'Value assignment type' for the tab pages causing this error. There is a class from the classification maintained. Please check in transaction
CL02 if the classes with class type 100 exist on the system.

If this is a standard class you may import this from client 000 as described in SAP note 1146700.

If you acre creating this custom  tab, you may also create the relevant Class / Value assignment.
