PPOM_OLD, Name of employee not appearing

Hi,

In PPOM_OLD , name of the employee under position is appearing blank for 1 employee only.

when we go to PP01, and enter the employee id, there is no relationship created for this employee.

Please help.

Run t-code PO13

Mention the position id and select the Relationships

Click on create new button

Maintain A 008 relation from this Position ID to Person.

Now you go to t-code PPOM_OLD and check name will display under the position.

I can see the relationship A008 created to this Position. But in PP01 when i select object as Person and provide the employee id, there in object abbreviation name is appearing blank and also the tick in relationship infotype is not there.

When i see for other employee, name appears in abbrevition and in relationship, tick is not there.

is PA and OM integration switches are active ?

And the tick it will show if it's maintained i.e records exists for that object in Relationships.

Yes, because it is coming for all other employees,there is a problem to only this person.

Is there any way to correct the data.

I think user has done some mistake while hiring the resource.

As object : person gets created during hiring action.

You can use the below reports

RHINTE10 uses for integration between OM & PA. (OM should install going for PA)

RHINTE00 uses for integration between PA & OM.(PA should install going for OM)

RHINTE20 uses to run consistency check between OM & PA.

RHINTE30 uses for integration between PD & PA.(PD should install going for PA).

In your case run the report RHINTE00 & RHINTE20

And also make sure you have maintain the PLOGI switch to X active for OM and PA integration

but in your previous reply you have confirmed the integration switch is active between OM and PA.

this PLOGI switch will be activated in table T77S0 for ORGA.

These report programs RHINTE00 & RHINTE20 can run from t-code SA38.

Yes it is activated.

But in RHINTE20 when i am providing the position of an employee, it is giving messege as "object not in OM"

how your giving selection parameters ?

object should be P and object id should be pernr, since your checking with type P in PP01.

Object type when enter as "P" it give eeror msg as: Please enter only object type A,C,O,S (or'"for all four).

place the screen shot of below step

Run the t-code PP01

object type Position

Object ID <Mention the Position ID >

Select the Relationships

Click on Overview button

Place the screen shot of this.

First run the report RHINTE00 for that employee number.

And then run the report RHINTE20 for object S and position id

I have a doubt, while executing Program:RHINTE00, in the next screen, why there is no tick in person.

Attached error is coming when sm35 is executed for the program: RHINTE00

change the end date and chk once

Check that position start date i.e valid start date.

give start date as per position valid start date and Enddate 31.12.9999

is any records already exists for this relation ship with some other dates ?

Try to create with start date 01.01.2014 and enddate 31.12.9999
