I'm not sure if this is a standard behaviour but would like to confirm on how it works. I have a CATS workitem (WF) created by an employee which is assigned to Manager MGR1. The Manager MGR1 forwards the work item to MGR2. Now in POWL with some config & customization i can see workitem in the detail view of the MGR2 inbox but the workitem still exists in MGR1 inbox. Wondering if this is a standard case if not what would be the approach to fix it? appreciate any helpful hints

Checked the config but yet unable to find the loophole.....the workitem is fwd'ed to a different user yet seen in the fwd'ing manager. had anyone come across this before?

no it's not standard, once the task is forwarded to another manager that task will disappear from his list.
Check your custom configurations once, is it fetching the all tasks irrespective of forwarded work items check condition.
