Why am I getting this error if I have access rights to directory? "login error. CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password."

While attempting to schedule a report to output results to a specific directory, I receive the below message. As an Admin, I do have access rights to this directory. Existing recurring jobs successfully output to this directory with the same settings as I've used when creating this new job with a new .rpt file.

Any thoughts or ideas??

login error. CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

Many Thanks!

Sharon

    Hi Sharon,

You are required to check the account which used to run the SIA is having access to the destination location. the recurring schedules that ran successfully could have been scheduled using a specific account which has access to the directory. Kindly validate both and revert back here if you still have any issues.

    Regards
