Selection option for MaterialGroup

hi all,

As per the requirement we need to plan data MaterialGroup wise,Year wise Sales Quantity.

When we execute our layout all the MaterialGroup are visible year wise with Sales Quantity.

Now our problem is that the user may not plan on all the MaterialGroup which are getting displayed.He may select some MaterialGroup on which he wants to plan,say 10 MaterialGroups.Now out of all Material gruops he will be able to see only 10 MaterialGroups and then he can plan accordingly.

Right now our layout is:

MaterialGroup:PG001

CalYear:2005

Qty:10

MaterialGroup:PG002

CalYear:2005

Qty:20

MaterialGroup:PG003

CalYear:2005

Qty:30

.

.

.

.MaterialGroup:PG050

CalYear:2005

Qty:10

Now out of these 50 MaterialGroup the user wants to plan only on 10 MaterialGroups after selection.It could be multiple selection.Therefore the user will be able to see only 10 MaterialGroups in the layout and can plan accordingly.How can we achieve this ?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
