Rule for MESSAGE command doesn't apply

Hallo,

I use a MESSAGE ... ENDMESSAGE block around a SAPGUI command. Not always but sometimes the click which is recorded in the sapgui is blocked by a job. In that case an error message of type E is thrown but I don't want that the script is aborted. So I added the rule:

MODE: A

TYPE: *

ID: *

NR: *

(I also tried it with the exact type-id-nr-combination of the regarding message, or with type E id * nr *)

But when the message occurs the script is aborted. In the log of the endmessage command, the mode of the message is (F)orbidden.

Does anybody know how to solve this issue and keep the script running?

regards,

Wolfgang

Issue is solved. The parameters have to be empty instead of filled with *.
