AL_Designer has stopped working

After installing Data Services Client Tools (4.1 SP02 64 bit) on Windows 8.1 , Data services designer crashes after right click on a table. There are four clients and every client has the same problem for all repositories.

after right click on a table, an empty pop-up menu appears.
