Nothing is displayed in View layout in web dynrpo development

hi ,

In my webdynrpo developing, i met a strange issue. When i create a view, and then double click the view to do further edit. I get below popup window that ask me to input id and password.

after i input that ,and got below and it has nothing displayed here and no any tools there available.

And now, i have made the related change in host file, and also updated the relevant service in sicf.

Does someone has idea about this issue?
