Publication History Missing for some Users

Hi Guys,

I recently migrated all publications from BO 3.1 to BI 4.O through UMT with all dependancies with Administrator account.

In my BI 4.0 environment all users except Administrator are unable to see the Instances whe they click on the link, it just shows a blank screen.

I did grant full control for user explicitly at the folders>>top level however even that did not help.

Any inputs are highly appreciated.
