Diagnostic agent status shows " agent not found " in solution manager

Hi,

I have installed diagnostic agent in managed system and connected to solution manager and done managed system configuration. The agent status was shown as started.

Suddenly now when i checks the agent status it shows me agent not found.

But when i checked the agent in my managed system it shows the process as running.

Kindly suggest what can be done to resolve this.
