Incorrect Balance Sheet Preview

When one of our Users executes the SAP Balance Sheet Report (in SAP B1 8.8) the results are displayed correctly. However, when he clicks on the "Preview" icon the report values shown are totally different and wrong. The report is a custom PLD report. However, for all other users the "Preview" using the same report shows correct values.

As such the problem occurs only for one user and that too only for Balance Sheet report "Preview" The user definitions were checked and found to be OK.

Anyone has any idea on the possible cause of this problem? Thanks.
