We have a connection between ECC and event management 7
we are facing, thousands of Queues are stock in ECC because of number
of them are stock with "Open SQL array insert results in duplicate
database records" and the rest are waiting for the stock ones.
unfortunately when reprocessing a queue EM* with status
SYSFAIL (and the error being a duprec dump in the
target system) the error does not occur again! The erroneous LUW of the
queue is processing fine when re-executed.
