Hi,
In the travel workflow, one of the user (admin of one location has been configured in SWDD) is not receiving the intimation mail in business workplace and rest all other location wise admins are receiving mail.
We cross checked the work flow and it is working fine there are no errors.
We are unable to find why specifi user is not getting intimation mail to business work place can anybody please suggest me what might be the cause.?

May be for in that particular step(where admin is notified), the recipient type is selected as 'email address' instead of 'organizational object'.

In addition to the above, also check if that particular user has no filters set in SBWP.

Do you mean email or do you mean workitem?
If email, be sure to check the Junk folder and also if he is receiving any emails at all.
If workitem, then have a look in the workflow log (SWI1) to see if he was picked as an agent.

How is the receiver of the mail determined? if it's by the person master record check the communication info type 0105 subtype 0001.

Did he maintain as a Excluded agent in the step? If it is ok the try test with sendin mail direclty to his inbox. If not got contact basis
