1 duplicate key error during insert into table

While upgrading the SAP_HR patch, I am facing this issue

Current level is SAPKE60455

Trying to apply patch - SAPKE60456

This is seen in the import log

1 duplicate key error during insert into table T512T occured

End import R3TRVDATV_512W_O (with warnings)
