Expert Help : /3F3 Display Issue in Payslip

Hi Experts

This is in regards to Indian Payroll - Employer PF WT /3F3

The WT /3F3 is not getting displayed in the payslip whereas /3F1 is getting displayed in the payslip.

I have gone through the steps of PF configuration steps that was configured for the client, and didn't found any solution to it.

I have attached a screenshot of the deduction side of the Payslip of an employee, where there are No Er PF Deduction shown.

I would like to get some expertise for this issue to resolve ASAP.

Hi

Check the processing class and cumulation class from wage type 512w_d ,its surly comes ,check the deduction wage type and compare it,hope u copy the same deduction type to ur new customer WT?

Hi SS,

if you are using PE51 form,

Normally /3F3 Er PF contribution will not add in the Employee monthly payslip. if you are deducting Er PF % deduction from Employee month salary then you can add this wage type, otherwise don't add this wage type.

you have to assign this /3F3 wage type in IN02 Deduction side and in window 2

The WT /3f3 is already been added to deduction side of the payslip but still it isnt neither deducting  the amount from employee's salary nor showing in the payslip.

Will there be any config. chk related to this  ??

Hi Sukhjinder,

I believe the payslip is a Smart form, pls ask your ABAP'er to include it in the required table/group.

/3F3 will get displayed.
